1. Service Description

MARGN is a profit analytics platform designed for TikTok Shop sellers. Our Service allows you to:

• Connect your TikTok Shop account to sync order and product data
• Input your product costs (COGS) manually or via CSV import
• View calculated profit metrics including net profit, margins, and fees
• Track your profitability over time with dashboards and reports

MARGN is a tool for informational purposes. We do not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To use MARGN, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a legal resident of a country where TikTok Shop operates
• Have the authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual or business entity may maintain only one free account. Multiple free accounts for the same entity may result in account termination.

3. TikTok Shop Integration

3.1 Authorization

By connecting your TikTok Shop account, you:

• Authorize MARGN to access your order, product, and financial data via the TikTok Shop API
• Confirm you have the authority to grant this access
• Agree to TikTok's API Terms of Service

3.2 Data Access

We access your TikTok Shop data solely to provide the Service. We request only the minimum permissions necessary:

• order.read — to retrieve order history
• product.read — to retrieve product catalog
• finance.read — to retrieve fees and settlements

3.3 Disconnecting

You may disconnect your TikTok Shop account at any time through your MARGN settings. Upon disconnection:

• We stop syncing new data immediately
• Existing data remains in your account unless you request deletion

3.4 TikTok API Availability

Our Service depends on the TikTok Shop API. We are not responsible for:

• TikTok API downtime or changes
• Delays in data synchronization caused by TikTok
• Changes to TikTok's API terms or availability

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

4.2 Free Tier

• No credit card required
• Limited to 500 orders per month
• Orders reset on the 1st of each month

4.3 Paid Subscriptions

• Billed monthly in USD via Lemon Squeezy
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancel at any time; access continues until end of billing period

4.4 Refund Policy

• Within 7 days: Full refund if Free tier limits not exceeded
• After 7 days: No refunds for partial months
• Downgrade: Changes take effect at the next billing cycle

4.5 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect current billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You Agree To:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated scripts or bots (except as authorized)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to compete directly with MARGN

6. Intellectual Property

MARGN and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MARGN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of MARGN is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• Profit calculations depend on the accuracy of your COGS input
• TikTok Shop data may have delays or discrepancies
• MARGN is not a substitute for professional accounting

You may export your data at any time and request deletion via Settings or [email protected]. Data deletion is completed within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Support response times by plan:

• Free: Best effort
• Pro: Priority support

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA.

MARGN is a data visualization tool, not a financial advisor. You should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MARGN from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for a paid subscription.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Data may be deleted within 30 days.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Before filing a claim, contact us at [email protected] for informal resolution within 30 days.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting updated Terms, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending email for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MARGN.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
